Is there a delivery/ cleaning fee?

Depending on location there might be a small fee. We pride ourselves on cleanliness so please be courteous to all rental items.

Do you require a deposit?

Total is due at time of delivery. We cannot setup without payment completed.

Where can bouncers be set up?

We can set up on grass, turf, flat areas, cement, pavers etc. We do need to know what surface we are setting up on prior to delivery so we can be equipped with the correct materials. NO ROCKS! NO ROCKS!!

Where can softly be set up?

We can set up on flat dry surfaces. No rocks. If setting up in grass please clean up any animal droppings prior to delivery as we will not set up in dirty areas and this slows down the delivery process.

How do you secure your bouncers?

We use high quality metal stakes to secure our bouncers. We can use sandbags if we are unable to stake into the ground, so please let us know if this is needed for your event.

Are you insured?

Yes! Yes! Yes!

What if the weather is bad?

Bouncers cannot be set up on high wind days. Thunder and lightning are not our friends. Soft play parties cannot be set up in the rain! If it rains on the day of your party we will need to move the party inside if possible or reschedule to a later date.

Is there anything I need to do prior to delivery?

We ask that if there is anything blocking our delivery path (trash cans, bikes, lawn equipment, etc) be moved prior to us arriving as this slows down the delivery process. We ask that you clean up any dog droppings prior to delivery as we will NOT set up on top of this.

Do you set up at parks??

Yes, we do set up at parks and there is a $25 park fee added to total.
